Recent Gordon House Suites Review: "I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Hotel when i visited Mumbai, India. I stayed at the Hotel for 2 nights, and had a decent stay. The only thing I had issues with was the inroom safe. Since i just landed in India, I wanted to make sure my passport and cash, etc was safe. The next morning as I am ready to go shopping in Mumbai, I could not  open the safe. It took a LONG while before the Hotel staff opened the safe for me. They promise to have the safe changed for me before I returned back that evening, but it was not done. I placed my valuable in the safe and the safe would not open AGAIN. It took over 2 hours the next day for the Hotel staff to reprogramm it to finally open so I can retrive my belongings. Due to this, I was not able to get my business taken care of. I lost several hours each day that I could have been attending my business needs. Other than this, the Hotel is great, Clean, and offer a great breakfast."
