| I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Hotel when i visited Mumbai, India. I stayed at the Hotel for 2 nights, and had a decent stay. The only thing I had issues with was the inroom safe. Since i just landed in India, I wanted to make sure my passport and cash, etc was safe. The next morning as I am ready to go shopping in Mumbai, I could not open the safe. It took a LONG while before the Hotel staff opened the safe for me. They promise to have the safe changed for me before I returned back that evening, but it was not done. I placed my valuable in the safe and the safe would not open AGAIN. It took over 2 hours the next day for the Hotel staff to reprogramm it to finally open so I can retrive my belongings. Due to this, I was not able to get my business taken care of. I lost several hours each day that I could have been attending my business needs.
Other than this, the Hotel is great, Clean, and offer a great breakfast. |

| 가격은 조금 세지만 인도에서 모던한 호텔을 만나서 반가왔어요..
주변이 아직 공사중이라 조금 불편했지만 전반적으로 새롭게 리모델링한 깨끗한 호텔이었어요
길가에 있는것이 아니라 안에 들어가 있어서 찾는데는 조금 불편했어요.
직원들 모두 친절하고 좋아서 다음에 또 가고 싶어요 |

| un hotel bien placé juste à côté de l'aéroport, trés design et avec des chambres trés spacieuses, mais un petit peu bruyant - la vue est sur les bidonvilles, mais ce qui est prévisible à Mumbai en périphérie - l'hotel donne accés à son "country club" avec une immense piscine (payant) et un restaurant ou l'on peut diner dehors entre les datiers, un énorme plus ! |
