Recent Itc Grand Central Review: "The ITC Grand Central was excellent. It catered to every need and the staff worked their hardest to make sure I had a pleasurable stay. From the doorman that greeted us, to the room service deliveryman, all of the staff were polite and attentive to our needs. The room was also in great shape with a very comfortable bed and a big clean bathrooom. When  our ride was 2 hours late picking us up after check out, the porters and doorman were all very helpful to make the delay as pleasant as possible and often offered to set up another ride for us. They were very helpful in setting us up in the lounge to let us relax and read papers while they kept an eye out for our ride. This was by far the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to India."
