| No complaints with this hotel. Convenient location. Great room facing the Sea. Good restaurants. Nice shopping on site. Definitely stay there again. |

| busy business hotel, high class but not with a warmy touch. Food at most of restaurant (start with a "F") forgot the name, was a disater, cannot believe they charge so much for a few things to eat during breakfast. Extremely costly internet cost, almost Rupees 1000 per day. It is old fashion of hanging out "DONT DISTurb" card out the room. It is mostly electronic nowdays, and can be control by just a button. I will definitely stay somewhere else next time when I am in Mumbai. |

| Direkt am Marine Drive gelegen und nur 10 Gehmimuten vom Indian Gate entfernt. Wir hatten eine fantastische Aussicht über die Skyline Mumbais. Der Service und die Zimmer entsprechen den Erwartungen die man von einem 5 Sterne Hotel hat. Perfekt! |

| This is a luxury hotel with all the service and the high standard (and security at the entrance) that comes with it. Even though we arrived from the airport sweaty and with dirty backpacks, we were greeted with smiling courtesy all around. All the staff speak perfect English and are very friendly and helpful. We had paid extra to get a sea view room, and the view was amazing, as was the standard of the room.
We had planned to have dinner elsewhere but ended up having a late dinner in India Jones (one of the restaurants, with Asian cuisine) after kindly being admitted without a reservation. The food was great, as was the service. Next morning we tried the breakfast buffet in Frangipani, which was simply amazing. It wasn't included, but when we checked out the bill for the breakfast hadn't arrived, and so we were treated to it anyway. The only downside with Frangipani is that the acoustics make it rather noisy. Try the smaller lounge buffet for a calmer breakfast. We had our second dinner at Frangipani (Italian and Indian cuisine) which was also very good, but had the same noise problem in the evening. Also note that Frangipani doesn't serve alcohol.
Both the hotel and the restaurants are heartily recommended. |

| Grand hôtel avec un certain luxe dans la déco et les services. Deux restos , un pour la gastronomie et l'autre plus familial. Possibilité de change. Bien tenu, les chambres sont propres et équipées de matériel moderne. Possibilité d'avoir une vue sur la mer à proximité. Très bonne situation: possibilité de se promener sur le bord de mer et de visiter les sites historiques à proximité, en s'y rendant à pied. |

| I had a great time here. The only thing I would complain about is that the internet service is ridiculously expensive. I payed 100 dollars for a five day internet connection in my room. The most expensive in all my one month trip through india. |
